About Me

Hi –

 My name is Heather Scott. I am owner and solo practitioner at Innerway Therapy. Before transitioning into this field, I worked for 30 years in IT operations and project management. I like to solve problems and get things done.  I’m also a musician, which has made me good at listening and tuning in to others.  I’m fascinated by how humans adapt and grow, and I love helping people better understand themselves. I’m on my own path of discovery, figuring out who I am and how I can best use my skills to serve others. I know the value of stepping fully into who you are.

Educational background:

·         Regis University - MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

·         Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)

·         EMDR Basic Training - EMDRIA

·         Internal Family Systems Level 1 - IFS Institute

Fees:

Sessions are $175 per hour for either in-person or teletherapy. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale openings. We can discuss what feels manageable for you.

I accept all major commercial insurance plans.
